Construction to refurbish the building is scheduled to begin in April, 2003, and finish by January 2005. It will entail a complete cleaning of exterior, refurbishing and reglazing the historic windows, re-roofing, re-furbishing passenger and freight elevators, installing all new plumbing, electricity, HVAC, and sprinkler infrastructure, installation of patios, construction of common areas and lanscaping.
